  1. Personal Details of each applicant:
    • Copy of Passport
    • NIE number
    • Residence Card
    • Full address
    • Tel / Fax / e-mail
  2. Income Details of each applicant:
    • Employment:
      • Employed:
        • Income Tax forms P-60 / P-45.
        • 3 last wage slips.
      • Self-Employed:
        • Activity/ profession / business.
        • Accountant's report for last 2 years (balance sheet, profit and loss accounts).
        • Bank statements.
        • Income Tax forms.
    • Pensions:
      • Pension Certificate document showing actual benefit.
    • Rents:
      • Rental Contract or Bank Statement of account which receives the rental payments.
    • Other Incomes:
      • Any official documentation of any periodic income.
  3. Property Description:
    • Copy of the Title Deed - or Copy of Private Contract (if you are purchasing from a Builder).
